The BJP leader said he had never in his life celebrated his birthday. "Two days ago the BJP and NDA gave me the responsibility, all of you wanted to meet me, and that's why I am now before you."
Modi said, the people of Gujarat have nurtured him, trained him, and I believe more in you than myself. "I won't do anything that will make you hang your heads in shame."
Modi's birthday was celebrated by BJP workers in most of the metros and cities across India today.
