Patna: Nitish Kumar on Friday took oath as Bihar Chief Minister along with 28 ministers, including RJD chief Lalu Prasad's two sons Tejaswi and Tej Pratap.
21 out of 28 ministers of Nitish Kumar's newly formed cabinet are facing criminal charges, according to the affidavits submitted by these leaders to the Election Commission.
Here, it has to be kept in mind that these cases also include political and election related charges.
7 ministers do not have any criminal cases pending against them.
Janata Dal (U)'s Khurshid alias Firoz Ahmad and RJD's Ram Vichar Rai tops the list with five criminal cases pending against each of them.
Lalu Prasad's sons Tejashwi and Tej Pratap, both have one criminal case registered against them.
