Ballia: Uttar Pradesh Minister Narad Rai today downplayed Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to his Lok Sabha constituency of Varanasi, saying that “it would not benefit the city”.
Rai said that instead of making announcements and visits, SP believed in delivering on its promises and party's supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav was earnestly working for the development of Azamgarh.

Accusing the Central government of working on the agenda of RSS, the minister said, “Modi and RSS complement each other and there was no difference between the two.”
