New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday attended the wedding reception of Congress leader Digvijay Singh's son Jaivardhan here.
Digvijay is known as the biggest critic of Modi. The Congress leader left no stone unturned to take on Modi, since he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat. Singh always confronted the PM on each and every issue.
But yesterday, both the leaders seem to have set a side their "professional differences" and were seen walking hand in hand.
Jaivardhan tied the knot with Sreejamya Shahi, the daughter of Shattrundam Shahi, a member of the royal family of Dumaria in Bihar's Gaya district.
Jaivardhan represents Raghogarh Vidhan Sabha constituency of Madhya Pradesh.
