New Delhi/Srinagar: Speculations are rife that J&K Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed's daughter Mehbooba Mufti could also be a part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Cabinet which is to be expanded soon.
While the PM is looking forward to garner support of allies to push economic reforms through the Parliament, the move is expected to help him largely.
Mehbooba Mufti is also the president of People's Democratic Party (PDP) which governs in the state alongside Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP).

This will be second reshuffle of the executive body since Modi rose to power in May 2014.
BJP scripted history in February when it formed a surprise coalition in Jammu and Kashmir with PDP. It was the first time when the saffron party had a role in governing a Muslim-majority state.
