New Delhi: Portfolios have been allocated to the newly appointed ministers of the Narendra Modi cabinet.
According to a press communique issued by the Rashtrapati Bhawan, Manohar Parrikar will be the new Defence Minister while Suresh Prabhu has been given Railway ministry.
Ch. Birender Singh has been given rural development ministry while J P Nadda will be the new minister for Health and Family welfare.
Ram Kripal Yadav who has been inducted as a Minister of State has been given the ministry of drinking water and sanitation while Giriraj Singh, another Mos, has been given the ministry of the micro,medium and small enterprises.
