New Delhi: The Congress party today created ruckus in Lok Sabha after the speaker rejected their notice for adjournment motion. The party had given notice for adjournment motion over rising incidents of communal violence in the country.

The speaker had to adjourn the house amid the din.

Rahul Gandhi with other Congress members reached the Well protesting against the centre's stand on not taking up the issue of Communal Violence Bill.

RJD, JDU and AAP also joined Congress party and created ruckus in the lower house.
 
Earlier notice for adjournment motion was given by Congress leader in Lok Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge, party MP M I Shahnawaz and party whip K C Venugopal.

Congress leaders said they will demand suspension of the Question Hour for taking up the adjournment motion.
