: Singh: People ask what is the record of Congress party. I say, Congress record is visible to anybody who cares to look at it. We provided an agenda for growth. In the NDA period 1999-2004 growth rate average was 6 pc. in UPA1 2004-09 growth rate was 8.4 pc, UPA2 2009-2013  it was 7.3 pc.
