Belgaum(Karnataka): Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi today openly lashed out at the BJP alleging that its leaders in Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Chhatisgarh and Gujarat are corrupt. Addressing a "Bharat Nirman" rally here at the CPED grounds,
