Live Reporting: Kejriwal asks 'honest' officers to get in touch with him

New Delhi: Delhi chief minister-designate Arvind Kejriwal today appealed to all 'honest' officers to get in touch with him over telephone or SMS, so that the new Aam Aadmi Party government can get to work

Puneet Goel, Manish Gupta, Sanjiv Khirwar, Vijay Dev are some of the senior officers reported to have expressed their willingness to work with Kejriwal, sources said.

On the current cold wave, the chief minister-designate said, "the immediate problem was providing night shelter to nearly 1 lakh homeless people. All the 1.7 crore people of Delhi will give them shelter, and we need people to come forward to serve the needy and homeless".

On AAP's national plans, Kejriwal said, Yogendra Yadav was working on these plans and he would be giving details. "If required we will conduct another opinion poll", he added.
