New Delhi: BJP Prime Ministerial Candidate Narendra Modi addressed a rally in Jhansi today. During his speech he strongly emphasized on bringing an end to SP – BSP monopoly in coming to power simultaneously in UP – which has eventually led to UP's underdevelopment. He seconded Uma Bharti's vision for Jhansi and said that he required visionaries like her in Delhi to form a strong government. Modi exuded confidence in winnig the lections by saying that voters had already sown the seeds for the new government and had made way to draw the curtains on the ‘mother and son – lead government.' He ridiculed Rahul Gandhi's speeches and said that they were meant for sheer entertainment.
