Agra: Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi today addressed a huge election rally in Agra.Massive security arrangements were made to guard Narendra Modi. Parking has been permitted at a place several kilometers away from the Koti Meena Bazar ground.The venue has been turned into a fortress as the authorities do not want to take any chance especially after bombs exploded during and before Modi's rally at Patna on October 27.Modi now has three layers of protection - one group to take on any attackers, a second to provide cover and a third to get him to safety.The BJP has announced that it will felicitate two of its MLAs Sangeet Som and Suresh Rana at Modi's Agra rally. The two legislators were jailed for inciting communal violence in Muzaffarnagar. BJP's move to felicitate jailed MLAs has invited sharp criticism from opposition parties including Congress.
