New Delhi: It seems that all is not well in the ‘grand secular alliance' of Bihar.

Days after Rashtriya Janata Dal Chief Lalu Yadav expressed inability to attend Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi's rally in Bihar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has also made it clear that he will not be attending proposed rally in West Champaran on September 19.

Nitish will send MP KC Tyagi to represent JDU.

Rahul, too, did not join the Swabhiman rally of Janata Dal United-Rashtriya Janata Dal-Congress on August 30 at Gandhi Maidan in Patna.

Earlier in the week, Lalu said that his son Tejaswi Yadav will represent their party at the rally.

Lalu has not been on best of terms with Rahul ever since the Gandhi scion vetoed a UPA government's ordinance to protect convicted lawmakers from disqualification in September 2013 which, according to the Opposition, was brought to help the RJD president, who was convicted in the fodder scam.
