“When I telephoned Muzaffarpur District Magistrate day before yesterday for the rally he did not tell about any other booking in MIT field or police line,” Prasad said.
Seeking to throw the ball in the court of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, he said “Lets see if he gives the field to his ‘yaar' (Narendra Modi) or to us.”
The RJD chief asked his partymen to start preparation for the rally.
“I am getting ready for the rally at Muzaffarpur on March 3...lets see whether Nitish Kumar allows me to go there or not,” he said.
The BJP Prime Ministerial candidate in a bid to gain politically is making regular trips to Bihar which has 40 Lok Sabha seats.
As a follow up of his October 27 rally last year, Modi will address a rally at Muzaffarpur, the commercial hub of North Bihar, on March 3.
