After spending nearly 16 months in jail in a case of acquiring assets disproportionate to his known sources of income, the young leader walked out of jail Tuesday.
The CBI court, which granted him conditional bail, has directed him not to leave Hyderabad without the court's permission.
Meanwhile, the court adjourned to Oct 3 hearing on the bail petitions of businessman Nimmagadda Prasad and bureaucrat K.V. Brahmananda Reddy, both accused in the same case of Jagan's disproportionate assets.
The court adjourned the hearing after the CBI sought more time to file counters to their bail pleas.
Jagan's financial advisory Vijay Sai Reddy has also filed the bail petition.
