Hisar, Sept 26: The Hisar Lok Sabha bye-election appears set to witness a triangular fight with INLD secretary general Ajay Singh Chautala today filing his nomination papers for the October 13 polling.
The two other key candidates in the fray are HJC-BJP combine candidate Kuldeep Bishnoi and Jai Prakash of Congress.
The scrutiny of nominations will be done tomorrow and the last date for withdrawal of candidature is September 29.
The bypoll was necessitated due to the demise of sitting Haryana Janhit Congress MLA Bhajan Lal.
16 nominations, mostly by independents, were submitted on the last day of filing of papers today. PTI
