New Delhi: The India TV-C Voter survey telecast today predicted a hung assembly in Delhi, with Aam Aadmi Party emerging as the kingmaker.

According to the survey, BJp is projected to win 29 out of 70 seats six seats more than last time.

The ruling Congress has been projected to take second place with 27 seats, a loss of 16 seats compared to last time.

Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party is projected to win 10 seats, with 'others' getting four seats, says the India TV-C Voter survey.

Aam Aadmi Party has clearly said that it would prefer to sit in the opposition, if it does not get majority. It has ruled out post-poll tie up with any party or individuals.

The Congress which had earlier indicated that it was not averse for tie-up with AAP after the elections, later backtracked saying it would form a government on its own.

All the three major contenders AAP, Congress and the BJP however claim that they would come to power with a clear majority, though the fight appears to be traingular in most of the 70 constituencies.

Delhi goes to the polls on December 4.
