New Delhi: A huge crowd of Aam Aadmi Party activists donning caps gathered since morning outside their party office on Hanuman Road in central Delhi and celebrated the victory of their candidates.
Several of the workers said, though their party would sit in the opposition, it would continue to fight to lower electricity and water bills.
The workers said, they had expected the AAP to form the government, but were nevertheless happy over the huge response that they got from Delhi voters.
"We will work as an effective opposition and will ensure that the governance improves", one of the workers said
