Hooda challenges Modi to a debate on development

Hooda asked if Modi projects himself as pro-farmer why did not he supply electricity to the farmers at an economical rate.

He said that while in Gujarat the old age allowance is Rs 400 per month, it is Rs 1,000 in Haryana.

Haryana was also ahead of Gujarat in implementation of MANREGA projects.  

Not only this, as compared to Gujarat, diesel is cheaper in Haryana by Rs 8 per litre and petrol by more than Rs 6 per litre, Hooda added.
