He said NDA government under Narendra Modi's leadership has attempted to implement pending economic reforms to encourage domestic and foreign investment and exuded confidence that the government is in the process of implementing many more reforms.

“The Economic Survey shows that the dream of ‘One India, Great India' will be realized by going along the path of ‘Sabka saath, Sabka vikas',” he said.

Shah said it is a proof of the improvement in the economy that are visible due to steps taken by NDA government.

He said the Economic Survey for 2014-15 proves that efforts made by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley have strengthened the economy and the development rate has gone up.

“Modi government's policy is ‘sabka saath, sabka vikas'.

Therefore, if the country grows at a high rate, this will provide an opportunity to wipe the tears of the deprived and the poor,” he said.

NDA government has taken a number of steps to strengthen the economy, to give facilities to farmers, to give employment to youth, give security to women and in sectors like child education and sanitaion in nine months of its tenure.

This, he said, will also provide an opportunity to the youth, the middle-class and aspirational India to realise its full potential.

The BJP chief said the Survey refers to the increase in the minimum support price in the last and the current season for farmers produce.

He said the economy has entered the era of high growth and is on the path of speedy development.
