New Delhi: Here's the climax to ‘Hawala at Midnight'. The four bogus companies claiming to have donated a whooping 2 crore to Aam Aadmi Party, actually do not exist – neither online nor on grounds.

The three interesting points to note are the capital put in by the distinct companies which in one case is as low as 1 lakh rupees yet a ten or more times multiplied amount donated to the party; the directors – almost same of all the companies and the addresses of each one of them, which are all fake.

There is no website nor even a mention or a transaction detail of any of the companies on web. Yet, AAP claims itself to be innocent.

Below-given are the details of all the four companies -

Infolance Software Solution Limited, claimed to be registered in 1994 is nowhere to be seen in village Bakoli. The company stands at a capital figure of 1 crore and has one Hem Prakash Sharma as its lead sharing position with two more Dharmendra Kumar and Mukesh Kumar.

Goldmine Buildcon Private Limited, incorporated in 2005 on July 8 is another one which does not exist on ground. Company's address, provided on papers is of Gokulpuri. Again, it seems to be another venture of same Hem Prakash Sharma and Mukesh Kumar with an add-on of two more Ajay Kumar Upadhyay and Yogesh Kumar. In last 10 years, it claims to stand at a capital figure of 10 lakh yet believes in funding for social causes through political parties like AAP that too amounts much larger than its capital also.

Third one, Skyline Metal and Alloys Private Limited – a November 2006 incorporation – falsely claims to stand large in Shad Nagar, Palam Colony stands at a capital figure of mere 1 lakh yet has generously donated Rs 50 lakh to AAP.  The company is again working under the aegis of same Hem Prakash Sharma accompanied by Ajay Kumar Upadhyay, Deepak Aggarwal and Yogesh Kumar.

Lastly, Sunvision Agencies Private Limited, a 2009 incorporation, is another false entity which does not exist in the claimed Karawal Nagar area. The company having raised a capital of 10 lakh has donated no less than 50 lakh to Aam Aadmi Party. All the names in the leadership of the company are similar to what is heard in the previous companies i.e. Dharmendra Kumar, Ajay Kumar Upadhyay, Mohit and Yogesh Kumar.
