New Delhi: Terming as “undemocratic” Uttar Pradesh government's denial of permission to its President Rajnath Singh to visit riot-hit Muzaffarnagar, BJP today alleged “Congress-SP collusion and conspiracy” were behind the communal violence in the state.
“Uttar Pradesh government wants to hide the truth of the matter by preventing the top leaders of BJP from visiting the riot-hit areas. The Samajwadi Party government of UP has stopped Singh from visiting the riot-hit areas and sharing the pain of the riot victims.
“This step of Akhilesh Yadav government is not only undemocratic but also inhuman,” the party said in a press release.
