New Delhi: As Narendra Modi is all set to address his first rally here after he was declared BJP's prime ministerial candidate, the capital appeared all geared up Sunday.With rally named 'Vikas rally' (development rally),
Nitin Gadkari, incharge for Delhi's elections, and leaders from state BJP and Modi's close aide Amit Shah will also attend the rally.
A special helipad has been created at the rally venue for Modi's arrival.
