New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party today released its manifesto for Delhi assembly polls, promising to enact the Delhi Jan Lokpal Bill on December 29 at Ramlila Maidan, if it comes to power. The Bill

2,500 to 3,000 mohalla sabhas will be set up which will approve all projects, spread over 272 wards. Each ward will have 10 to 15 mohalla sabhas.
