New Delhi: Congress today appeared unconcerned over sulking party MP Rao Inderjit Singh's decision to bid goodbye to "Congress politics".

"He is free to do that. There is no harm in that. Congress party is yet to decide the candidate from the seat....It will take an appropriate decision at an appropriate time", party spokesman P C Chacko told reporters in reply to questions on the issue.

Singh, who was recently in the limelight for demanding a probe into land deals of Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra, today said he was bidding goodbye to "Congress politics".

Addressing a rally at Rewari in Haryana, the member of Lok Sabha from Gurgaon said he would not contest the next elections for Congress as he was upset with the "existing circumstances" in the party.

Singh, the bete noire of Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, has been sulking for quite some time especially after he was removed from the Union Council of Ministers about two years ago.
