Farrukhabad:  BJP MP from Unnao Sachidanand Hari Sakshi today claimed a CBI probe would be ordered into the alleged irregularities in distribution of equipments to the handicapped by an NGO run by former Union Minister Salman Khurshid and his wife Louise.

“CBI probe would be conducted into Dr Zakir Husain Memorial Trust of Salman Khushid and he would also go to jail,” Sakshi Maharaj told reporters here.  Khurshid and his wife had denied the charges of irregularities by their NGO.

The BJP MP continued his tirade on senior Uttar Pradesh minister Azam Khan for his alleged comment that money for SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav's lavish birthday celebrations had come from terror group Taliban and India's most wanted Dawood Ibrahim.

“A case of treason should be lodged against him for his statement that the funds from Taliban have been used in Mulayam Singh Yadav's birthday celebrations in Rampur recently,” Maharaj said.

He said that the policy of appeasement pursued by the Samajwadi Party would bring an end to it...”the remaining job in this regard would be performed by Azam Khan”.

SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav celebrated a lavish 75th birthday last week and party leader Azam Khan had said that money had come from terror group Taliban and Dawood Ibrahim.  The BJP MP alleged that Khan has lost his mental balance and was harming the party and the SP chief needs to divest him of the ministerial charge.

He also claimed that the world was uniting to the efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the issue of black money and terrorism, and said “it was not just the Hindus but also the Muslims who were troubled by terrorism.”
