He is in direct fight with Antarsingh Darbar of Congress who is known for his hold in rural areas.3. Bhitarvar constituencyAnoop Mishra of BJP, who is also the nephew of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, is contesting from this seat. He faces major threat from BJP dissident Brijendra Tiwari who is trying his best to queer the pitch for Anoop Mishra.4. Bhopal South westState Home Minister Umashankar Gupta is contesting from Bhopal South Wst constituency.5. Govindpura constituencyBabulal Gaur, the state urban administration and development minister who is also a former Chief Minister, is contesting from Govindpura constituency. 6. Patharia constituencyFormer agriculture minister Ramkrishna Kusumariya is contesting from this seat. The problem with Kusumariya is that he is facing stiff opposition from local BJP leaders.7. Datia constituencyState minister Narottam Mishra of BJP is facing Rajendra Bharti of Congress from this seat. 8. Rahali constituencySenior BJP minister Gopal Bhargava is contesting from this seat and he is facing stiff opposition from Brijbihari Pateria. 9.
