New Delhi: The CPI-M Monday said that army deployment must be decided by the government and it is not an issue of public debate.
"These decisions are taken by those in power, these are not matters of public debate," Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) leader Sitaram Yechury said.
"Such decisions are best left to those who are by authority of the Indian constitution and mandate of public are in the government and privy to more information," he said.
