Reacting to another question on Modi, Sibal said,” To me, Modi is neither zero nor a hero. He is somewhere between the two. Modi might be leading in a few states but there are more than 28 states in this country.”
On Gujarat snooping case, Sibal said that we'll not allow the matter to die down and the guilty will be definitely punished.
