Badal submitted a detailed resolution for containing terrorism, said an official statement issued by Punjab Bhavan here.

He demanded a special enquiry commission under a Supreme Court judge to probe official and political patronage behind the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, the statement said.

Badal was accompanied by his son and Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal at the meeting that took place in Modi's 7 Race Course Road officcial residence.
