Amid growing resentment on the handling of demonetisation, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi today tried to troll the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government over the scrapping of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes with a photograph he posted on Twitter.
Well, the tweet did go viral evoking some funny reactions from people.
He tweeted a picture of a pole clustered with traffic lights, all displaying different colors and wrote, "Government orders after demonetisation (sic)."
Rahul has been voicing his opinion regularly against the demonetisation move but this time his tweet evoked mixed responses. While, the Gandhi scion is no stranger to being trolled, a role reversal wasn’t probably what people were expecting from him.
