Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Friday indirectly attacked the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and said, “We will never ever let the people of Tamil Nadu be ruled by Nagpur”.
“We will never ever let the people of Tamil Nadu be ruled by Nagpur. Tamil Nadu is going to be ruled from Tamil Nadu and MK Stalin is going to be the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu,” ANI quoted Rahul Gandhi as saying in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu.
RSS is considered the parent organisation of the BJP. It has its headquarters in Nagpur.
The Congress party has formed an alliance with the DMK for the Lok Sabha elections 2019.
