    IND vs SL: As India will take on Sri Lanka in an ODI series, here's a complete schedule of the contest. Rohit Sharma and Dasun Shanaka will lead their teams in the series.

    India and Sri Lanka will be locking horns against each other in a three-match ODI series starting on January 10. Sri Lanka are yet to beat India in an ODI series at India's home and the Men in Blue will look to continue their domination.

    1st ODI: 1st match will be played on January 10 at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Guwahati. The contest will start at 1:30 PM IST. The Barsapara Cricket Stadium has hosted only 1 ODI ever. That was a match between India and the West Indies on 21st October 2018.

    2nd ODI: The second ODI of the series will be played at the iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The match will begin at 1:30 PM IST. The venue has hosted 30 ODIs, while 2 have been cancelled. The last match scheduled to be held at the venue was between India and South Africa which was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020.

    3rd ODI: The third ODI between the two sides will be held at Greenfield International Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram. The match will be played from 1:30 PM IST onwards. The venue has hosted only 1 ODI. That was a match between India and the West Indies on 1st November 2018.

    Before the upcoming ODI series, India and Sri Lanka faced off against each other in a T20I series. The Men in Blue were given a tough fight in the first two T20Is, while the third T20I was a one-sided affair. India won the T20I series by 2-1.

    India won the first T20I by just 2 runs. Shivam Mavi and Umran Malik were the star performers for India with the ball. In the second T20I, India fell 16 runs short as Axar Patel and Suryakumar Yadav's half-ton knocks ended in vain. In the third T20I, Suryakumar Yadav shined as he smashed a 112-run knock to help India win by 91 runs.
