Shubman Gill has time and again shown that he has the class and the attitude to be the next big thing in Indian cricket. His recent 100 vs Bangladesh in the 1st Test indicated that he is primed for bigger things in the future. It remains to be seen if he can replicate this form in the shorter formats of the game.

Ishan Kishan recently slammed a record-breaking 200 vs Bangladesh in the 3rd and final ODI. He is averaging 59.57 in ODIs in 2022 and almost 30 in T20s. He is one of the brightest prospects in Indian cricket.

Rishabh Pant has cemented his place in the Indian Test team by churning out match-winning and historic performances. It is in the shorter formats though, that he needs to perform as well. From BCCI to team management, everyone have shown faith in Pant's ability and it is just about time the southpaw comes out and delivers big in the white-ball format of the game.

Among the hullabaloo surrounding the likes of Kishans and Gaikwads, Prithvi Shaw seemed to have lost a bit. However, he has been churning out performances after performances in the domestic circuit and an Indian call up, it seems, is just around the corner. He was fast tracked to the Indian team, but couldn't cement his place. When his time comes around again, he will be raring to go.
