Pat Cummins is the biggest threat for India in this series. He loves to lead from the front and tends to pick wickets in almost every spell he bowls. Against India, he has picked up 50 wickets in 22 innings so far at an average of 26.18.

Nathan Lyon is another player who can turn things around with his off-spin bowling in pace friendly conditions. The off-spinner is the highest wicket-taker for Australia against India in Tests having picked 121 scalps so far in 49 innings at an average of 31.56. He has picked nine five-wicket hauls as well to go with a couple of 10-wicket match haul.

At home, he has amassed 1082 runs in just 16 innings against India at an average of 83.23 with five centuries and four fifties to his name with his best score being 192.

Marnus Labuchagne has been in great touch facing India. He has played nine innings against the visitors at home so far and scored 464 runs at an average of 51.55 with three fifty-plus scores. He will be keen on replicating similar form in this series.
