The heavy downpour in India's financial capital tourned drastic on Tuesday, leaving many folks stranded. Three people, including two children have lost their lives in seperate incidents. IMD has warned the occurence of high tide for today evening. The passengers got some relief when western line was restored after 12 am in the night.
