    Yodha: Dharma Productions patriotic film was released in March 2024. This film featured Raashii Khanna, Disha Patani and Siddharth Malhotra in lead roles. Where Sid and Disha and nemesis were on point, but Raashii and Sidharth's chemistry ratio was zero. So much so that the romantic tracks were also not able to justify their on-screen relationship.

    Ae Watan Mere Watan: One of the poorly performing star kids Sara Ali Khan featured in the March release Ae Watan Mere Watan. Ever wondered what can be more disastrous than Sara's performance in this film? It was her chemistry with Munjya actor Abhay Verma. The poorly directed and written film also had a poor on-screen couple.

    Srikanth: Rajkummar Rao, Alaya F and Jyothika starrer film released in May 2024. The film is based on the life history of visually-impaired industrialist and founder of Bollant Industries, Srikanth Bolla. Where the film features the basic highlights of his life, lead actors Alaya and Rajkummar could not impress viewers with their chemistry. It could also be because the female lead had not much to do in the film.

    Bad Newz: Released in July 2024, Bad Newz featured Vicky Kaushal, Ammy and Triptii Dimri in lead roles. While Vicky and Triptii were able to pull it off, but Ammy and the Qala actor could not convince the viewers of their chemistry in this love triangle. Be it the absurd storyline or less screen space, but Triptii and Ammy have to be one of the least favourite on-screen couples of the year.

    Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba: The Netflix film that just had Vikrant Massey and Taapsee Pannu in lead roles back in 2021, returned with a sequel this year in August along with third-wheeler Sunny Kaushal. While usually triangular love stories usually are able to serve, but Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba could not do the same. Sunny and Taapsee Pannu were not at all convincing. However, it could be because of the storyline, as the female lead is never in love.

    Khel Khel Mein: Italian film Perfect Stranger's Hindi remake was released on Independence Day. The multi-starrer featured several actors like Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, Aditya Seal, Fardeen Khan and Pragya Jaiswal in lead roles. Imagine amid several characters' stories, turns and twists, there's a lead couple that doesn't even seem justifiable. Weird, yes! But Khel Khel Mein pulled it off!

    Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3: Yes! Triptii Dimri has a second entry in this listicle. Her chemistry with Kartik Aaryan in the third part of this horror-comedy is next to nil. Neither the on-screen couple had much to do as other female leads- Madhuri Dixit and Vidya Balan had a fair share of screen space. But whatever screentime was given to the actors, they were not persuasive.
