According to fitness experts, women are known to be more flexible than men. The Russian-born former gymnast Zlata has been recognized as the world's most flexible woman.

It was at the age of four when Zlata discovered she had an amazing talent - and she has been bending over backwards ever since to make the most of it.

She is 5ft 9inc tall. She can even squeeze herself into boxes just 50cms squared.
