New Delhi: As the world celebrates the International Yoga Day, several records would be made at the Rajpath today.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the function from 6:40 am onwards at Rajpath. Around 37,000 people attended the majestic event.

A delegation from Guinness Book was present at the entry gates of the event venue. They provided a badge to every participant so that exact number of people can be calculated.

Here is the list of three big world-records to be set in one day at Rajpath:

1. Maximum number of people performing yoga simultaneously at one place

In the event at Rajpath, as many as 37,000 people will practise the yoga asanas, which is a Guinness Book world record.  Earlier, the record was of 25,000 people performing yoga together at one place simultaneously.

2. Maximum number of Foreign Nationals doing yoga simultaneously at one place
