Vladamir Putin spent his day in the Taiga forests of Siberia

Vladimir Putin has been the president of the Russian Federation since 2012. This was his second stint as president, before 2012, Putin held the office for 8 years between 2000 and 2008. In the 4 years between 2008 and 2012, Putin also held the post of the Prime Minister of Russia.
Putin was a KGB foreign intelligence officer for 16 years, rising to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel before resigning in 1991 to enter politics in Saint Petersburg.
