PPP to field Bilawal from Bhutto family stronghold

Karachi:  Pakistan People's Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who recently became eligible to contest polls, is expected to contest parliamentary elections from a seat in Sindh province that has been a traditional stronghold of



His sister Faryal Talpur and Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah also participated in the meeting.  

During the meeting, senior leaders said the time was right for Bilawal to make his entry into active politics.  

In order to let Bilawal contest for a seat in the National Assembly, the PPP will have to give former provincial minister Ayaz Soomro, who was elected from Larkana in the general election in May, some responsibility in the Sindh government, the PPP leader said.
