New Delhi: It was Rob O'Neill, one of the US Navy SEAL commandoes to participate in Abottabad mission, who actually killed Osama Bin Laden with three shots to his forehead, according to a report published in MailOnline.
According to reports, Rob O'Neill will share his story of training to be a member of America's elite fighting force and explain his involvement in Operation Neptune Spear, the mission that killed Bin Laden in a documentary on Fox News.
It was a daring night-time mission on May 2, 2011 when US Navy SEALS in Blackhawk helicopters swooped on Bin Laden's hideout in Abbottabad, Pakistan.
Tom O'Neill, Rob's father, spoke to MailOnline and claimed that his son was not scared of any retribution.
"People are asking if we are worried that ISIS will come and get us because Rob is going public. I say I'll paint a big target on my front door and say come and get us," Tom O'Neill told MailOnline.
It should be recalled that Admiral Brian Losey had warned Navy SEALS against betraying their promise to maintain secrecy and not speak to the media to gain “public notoriety and financial gain”.
