One imagines him to be a macho man holding a cigar in hand, sitting among concubines, and enjoying a massage alongside a pool.Military rulers in history have been known to be both cruel and sexually proactive. We bring you a list of such dictators who had insatiable sexual appetites: 1. Kim Jong Il North Korea's late leader who was famous for his Khaki suits, oversized sunglasses and Elvis Priestly like bouffant hairstyle had a passion for women and wine.
