5. .22 caliber Iver-Johnson Cadet revolver (shot Robert Kennedy) It is the gun that killed Robert F Kennedy. Robert F Kennedy was shot and killed by Sirhan Sirhan, a Christian Arab who disagreed with RFK's support for Israel. The small size of the .22 cartridge allows for a larger than normal cylinder capacity in the Cadet, it holds 8 rather than the usual 5 or 6 found in most revolvers. While the .22 is a small round it is by no means non-lethal and while the stopping power of the smaller bullet is not as great as a .38 or a 9mm round.
