247,000 people affected by flooding in Philippines
Manila, Aug 4: Over 247,000 people in southern Philippine province of Maguindanao were affected by flooding following heavy rains, authorities said on Sunday.The displaced came from 185 villages in 20 municipalities, Xinhua reported.
