A US national, who visited Sri Lanka for work, was among the hundreds killed in the serial blasts on churches and hotels.
Dieter Kowalski, wrote his last Facebook post as he flew out on Friday from his base in Denver, saying, "And the fun begins. Love these work trips. 24 hours of flying. See you soon Sri Lanka!"
The 40-year-old US technician worked for British educational and publishing company Pearson.
Kowalski, according to reports, was described as "big-hearted and full-spirited" by his employer who would take up the ugliest and the most challenging engineering problems and help fix them with joy, happiness and grace.
A State Department official has said that at least four Americans were among the dead, with several others seriously injured.
Eight coordinated explosions triggered by suicide bombers targetted Easter worshippers and high-end hotels popular with international guests.
The blasts targetted St Anthony's Church in Colombo, St Sebastian's Church in the western coastal town of Negombo and another church in the eastern town of Batticaloa as the Easter Sunday mass were in progress.
Three explosions were reported from the five-star hotels -- the Shangri-La, the Cinnamon Grand and the Kingsbury.
The death toll in the Sri Lanka attacks is now at 310.
