At a time when North Korea's dictator Kim Jong-Un shook the world by claiming that his country has missiles that can hit the US mainland, US president Donald Trump has tweeted a video that shows that he had warned against the nuclear threat 18 years back.
"I've been saying it for a long, long time," the US president wrote in his tweet which has been liked by over 47,000 followers.
The 2-minute-long video, begins with then President Bill Clinton announcing that his country has reached a deal with North Korea on its nuclear program. “This is a good deal for the United States. North Korea will freeze and then dismantle its nuclear program. South Korea and our other allies will be better protected. The entire world will be safer as we slow the spread of nuclear weapons," Clinton said.

In the video, the US president can be seen saying that North Korea has weapons pointed all over the world, especially the United States. “You have the nuclear weapons, they are going to have those weapons pointed all over the world, especially the United States,” Trump said.
“You want to do it in five years when they have warheads all over the place, every one of them pointing to New York City, to Washington. "They are laughing at us, they think we are bunch of dummies...I'm saying we have to do something to stop them," he added.
