Donald Trump didn’t take much time to hit back at Hillary Clinton after she made some scathing attacks at him in her speech.
Trump blasted out on the first ever woman nominee to the White House on the microblogging website Twitter, a platform where he has indulged in spats with many.
From questioning her stand on national policies to declaring her unfit to lead the country, Trump said it all.
He wrote, “No one has worse judgement than Hillary Clinton - corruption and devastation follows her wherever she goes.”
Continuing his counteract, he slammed Hillary’s statement on Wall Street and declared her vision to be a borderless world.
“Hillary's vision is a borderless world where working people have no power, no jobs, no safety,” he said.
These remarks by Trump came in response to the jibes made on him by his Republican rival.
On a sarcastic note, Hillary had said that Trump has brought the Republican Party a long way — from "Morning in America" to "Midnight in America."
“Trump wants us to fear the future and fear each other,” she said.
"We heard Donald Trump's answer last week at his convention. He wants to divide us — from the rest of the world, and from each other," she added.
The former First Lady also hit out at Trump for having some of his products manufactured abroad, mentioning picture frames made in India.
