Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, who is on an official visit to Russia, today presented a Ganesha idol to Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev during the ongoing International Industrial Exhibition ‘Innoprom’ in Ekaterinburg.
At the Maharashtra pavilion at Innoprom, Fadnavis apprised Medvedev of investment opportunities in Maharashtra and presented the Prime Minister a Ganesh idol.
Fadnavis also interacted with Medvedev on the sidelines #Innoprom2016. He was joined by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Union Minister of Commerce Nirmala Sitharaman.
The CM also met Viktor N Kladov, Director of International Cooperation and Regional Policy, Rostec.
Rostec is Russia’s State Corporation for promotion development, production and export of hi-tech products for civil and defence sector.
