Early Life
President Donald Trump was born on June 14, 1946, in New York. He is the fourth child among the five of Fredrick C. and Mary Macleod Trump. Donald Trump’s father Frederick Trump happened to be a builder and a real estate developer who was specialized in building and operating apartments in the Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island, America.
Trump was sent to the New York Military Academy at the age of 13, in the hope to channelize discipline in him, since Trump as a little boy happened to be extremely difficult to handle.
Trump did very well as a student and performed extremely well in sports as well as in the social sphere. Donald also embarked a remarkable leadership quality.
He graduated in the year 1964 from Fordham University. After two years in the University, Trump was transferred to Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.

Later on, Trump started up his own private business with a small loan of $1m from his father and owned the famous Trump Organization later. The Trump Organization, focused on real estate development, brokerage, investment, sales and all kinds of marketing and property management.
In 1999 when his father passed away he transformed the residential business into the commercial properties mainly luxury hotels.

In the year 2004, Trump took liberty of his high profile status and began producing and starring in the reality series called ‘The Apprentice’ in NBC. In this show, the contestants were to compete with each other for the post of manager in the Trump’s Organization. His show immediately became a hit on television and “you’re fired” becoming synonymous with Trump. The show had become so famous that it even had celebrities participating in the show as contestants.
The Risk Taker
Trump had a mix of success and failures in his businesses. His failures were mostly involved in the real estate-oriented Trump University, Trump Airlines, Trump Mortgage and the Trump Vodka.
However, the one investment that cost him his reputation was the four casinos he opened in the Atlantic City. But he did have a great amount of success in other business areas.
The Forbes Magazine had announced that Trump’s wealth added up to an astounding amount of $3.7 Billion, making him the 156th richest man in America.
The husband
Trump tied the knot three times; the most famous wife among the three was Ivana Zelnickova, a Czech athlete and model. His children from Ivana support him to run the Trump Organization, though he is still holds the position of CEO.
The Candidate
On June 16, 2016, Trump officially announced to run for President as a Republican. His famous quote “I am going to make our country great again” made to the headlines. He even added saying: “I will be the greatest jobs President that God ever created”.
Though a lot of supporters stood for him, his derogatory comments on Mexicans and illegal immigrants led to an end to his business ties with the NBC.
NBC said, “Due to the recent statements by Donald Trump regarding immigrants, NBC Universal is ending its business relationship with Mr. Trump,” They also said, “To that end, the annual Miss USA and Miss Universe Pageants, which are part of a joint venture between NBC and Trump, will no longer air on NBC.”
